require full-payment for the initial contracted period upon
making the reservation in order to confirm your booking (no
refund will be entertained once the payment is remitted)
Full
payment must be made for the security deposit & utility
deposit shown below prior to or upon your check-in. Deposit paid
is refundable upon check-out less any liabilities (For monthly
rental : 1 month security deposit and RM 1,000.00 utility deposit
required. And for weekly rental : 1 week security deposit and RM
300.00 utility deposit required)
Strictly
no termination is allowed during the signed and agreed tenancy
terms and no refund of payment will be given if you wish to
shorten your length of stay
