Do you have any dining facilities within or near the Saujana Villa Condominium?

We have 2 restaurants located within Saujana Villa premises: - Chuka Cafe Restaurant (Japanese-Chinese Restaurant) 12.00noon – 2.30pm (lunch) & 6.00pm – 9.30 pm (dinner).

Or you may cruise to the five-star resort hotel, “The Saujana Kuala Lumpur” located right next to the condominium (3-5 minutes walk) where various local & international cuisines are available.

Wide variety of restaurants & food outlets are located in the nearby residential town, Ara Damansara (3 minutes drive) & Subang Jaya (5-10 minutes drive).

Room service is also available, provided by a wide-variety of external reputable restaurants that conduct door-to-door food delivery service.

Is telephone line available in the unit?

Minimum 1 year tenancy is required for anyone to apply for the fixed telephone line in Malaysia. You are required to apply for the line by yourself at TELEKOM. If your duration of stay is less than 1 year, you may use a mobile phone with a pre-paid card to make and receive calls including international calls. Rental of a mobile phone is available at Saujana Villa . (Please refer to the “short term service apartment” in the “current news” page).

How can I access to internet at Saujana Villa?

If your stay is more than 1 year, you may apply for the broadband internet line or Streamyx (Malaysia's premier broadband provider) at TELEKOM simultaneously when you apply for your fixed telephone line. On the other hand, fibre optic network is also available for Saujana Villa tenants provided by an independent service provider Optic Communication Engineering (OCE) or Metrofon. Our Management Office can assist you to apply for the fibre optic network.

If your stay is less that 1 year, internet access can be provided in your unit upon your request at RM 180 per month via fibre optic network.

Wireless Hot Spot is located near the swimming pool for internet access. You are required to purchase a pre-paid card priced at RM 10 for 10 hours usage from our Management Office.

Does your reception open for 24 hours?

We do not have any reception counter. However, any enquiries or requests can be forwarded to our Management Office located in the condominium during our operation hours. (Mon-Fri : 9.00am-1.00pm & 2.00pm-5.30pm ; Sat : 9.00am-1.00pm ; Closed on Sunday & Public Holiday).

How long is the minimum leasing period?

To rent our long term condominium unit, we require a minimum 1 year tenancy. For Short-Term Service Apartment unit, we offer weekly rental (minimum 1 week tenancy) & monthly rental (minimum 1 month tenancy).

What is the difference between Long Term & Short-Term Service Apartment unit?

Unit size & floor plan for both units are exactly same. However, our Short-Term Service Apartment units are furnished with additional amenities such as kitchen utensils & cutleries, bed linens, towels & other in-room amenities to enable you to move in only with your suitcase. Our Short-Term Service Apartment units are offered on Run-of-the-House basis which means one of the available units are offered at the time of your check in(or in another word, you are not allowed to select & reserve your preferred unit).

Contrarily, our long term units are offered based on your preference. You are allowed to view the units before selecting your preferred unit in terms of floor, direction & view from the unit.

How many parking lots do you provide?

Basically, 1 parking lot per unit is offered on complimentary basis. Additional parking lots are chargeable at RM 30 per lot as the one time initial charge; no monthly parking fees are required.

Does your condominium allow your tenants to keep a pet?

Pets are allowed based on the management's discretion. (Any types of exotic pets such as snake, iguana etc.., huge fearful dog & any other uncommon pets such as monkey etc.. are not permitted). Please consult us before taking in any pets.

How far is the nearest shopping mall?

The nearest shopping mall, Subang Parade & Carrefore is located 5-10 minutes drive from the condominium. You may drive or use a taxi to get there. (Estimated taxi fare : RM 7-RM10 per way).

How far is Kuala Lumpur City Center?

Approximately 26km away or 20-40 minutes drive from the Kuala Lumpur City Center, (Estimated taxi fare : RM25-RM35 per way).

I don't drive at all. How can I shop for my groceries & other daily necessities?

We have a Mini-mart located in the condominium premises where you can find most of the daily necessities such as fruits & vegetables, daily goods & frozen food items, drinks etc..as well as toiletry items such as detergents, soap & cleaning tools.

A contracted Shop-car visits Saujana Villa on every Monday evening to sell fresh vegetables, fruits & poultry items to our tenants.

How far is from Kuala Lumpur International Airport?

How can I reach Saujana Villa from the airport?

Approximately 58km or 35 minutes drive. You may take an Airport Limousine (Taxi) to arrive at the condominium. You can purchase a ticket priced approximately at RM 70 (subject to change) at the Airport Limousine ticket counter.

Where is the nearest bus stop or commuter station?

The nearest bus stop & commuter station are located approximately 5-7 minutes drive from the condominium & not within walking distance. You may use our shuttle van to get to town for shopping or we can assist to call a taxi for you.

How far is the nearest Hospital?

One of the most reputable & trusted hospitals in Malaysia, Subang Jaya Medical Center (SJMC) provides a wide range of medical & health care services & is situated a mere 7-15 minutes drive from the condominium. (Estimated taxi fare : RM 7-RM 10 per way)
